Marisol Tapia Hopper
Marisol Tapia Hopper is a Project Manager at the Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County (WDC). Her work focuses on improving system structure through thoughtful community engagement and partnership development with various workforce system stakeholders. She is responsible for managing and leveraging various workforce programs, including WIOA Title I and Digital Navigation Services.
As an immigrant herself and driven by a deep commitment to advocating for system change, poverty reduction, and equitable access to opportunities, Marisol’s workforce career spans 20 years of collaborating directly with diverse immigrant and refugee communities in designing community-informed, multicultural programs that advance equity-driven outcomes in education and employment services. She is also a member of Governor Inslee’s Poverty Reduction Work Group.
